Somatic Healing Session | 1h $250
This gentle, body-centered session is designed to help you:
release stored tension
regulate your nervous system
and reconnect with your inner resilience.
Using mindful awareness and nervous system-informed touch and movement, we work together to uncover and shift the places where stress, trauma, or emotional blocks have been held in the body.
Acupuncture & Fire Cupping | 1h15min $250
This session consists of:
• Infrared Heat Biomat to support healthy detoxification, alleviate any pain, reduce musculoskeletal pain, reduce inflammation, promote blood circulation, support mitochondrial function to reduce oxidative stress.
• Fire Cupping Session consisting of moving cups on your back and stationary cups to promote healthy movement of lymphatic fluid, boost metabolism, support cellular regeneration, clear toxins and improve fascial fluid dynamics.
• Acupuncture Treatment to support your current health goals and restore healthy physiological, mental and emotional patterns.
It is recommended that you have eaten at least 2 hours prior to treatment. Please be advised that the cupping will leave marks that may last up to 8 days.
